How do I download dishnetwork TV programs Audio into Ipod or in computer?

I would like to listen TV serial audio while I work or drive . I have dishnetwork DVR I want to upload to my Ipod or 3gb SD memory card Please let me know how .|||you would have to find out from dishnetwork if the equipment you have supports such functionality. My dishnetwork DVR has a usb port on the back of it but it will only work with a pocketdish thing from dishnetwork they have managed to do something with the firmware so that only certain devices can work with it.
