DishNetwork satlelitte will not pick up local stations in HD, What antenna would be good, and how much.?

i just got dishnetwork system, i bought it because of all the HD stations the have over 30 somthing. anyway, ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, CW are not in HD. the technician said that local channels are broadcast in hd already and all i need is a antenna to hook up to my hd receiver, and it will pick up all of them in HD. is this true, how does it work, what type of antenna, where, and price range?|||Use the boney fingers antenna from Radio Shack.
