DishNetwork can increase price within a contract term?

This just doesn't sound legal. In their contracts, they say that they can change the price at anytime (meaning that they can increase it to anything). But they require that you sign a contract locking you in for a fixed period of time. And charging you a penalty if you early terminate. Granted that the consumer should read the contracts before agreeing. But is it legal to write such one-sided contracts?|||It is legal....just don't sign it. Dish network sucks.

I use Verizon because they guaranteed me the price I have for two years.
