Can i have dishnetwork service with any indoor antenna?

my apartment people wont let me have any dish antenna outside my apartment so i was wondering if there is any indoor antenna which i can keep near my window to enjoy dish network service here in connecticut.|||I guess technically you could try putting one inside next to a window, but you have to remember that it has to be a SE direction and that the dish is going to have to point into the sky. Can you have one on a balcony? They can put them on a tripod.
