I am aware that DirecTv has places where there are two or more satellite dishes. I live in Idaho and we have more than one dish for DTV. One is for satellite programming and the other is for the locals. I have noticed with Dish here, people have one satellite dish. I was just wondering if there are other customers of Dish that have one dish for regular satellite programming and the other for locals?|||Dish Network used to only offer locals of the satellite located at 148w. They have moved them to the 119w/129w orbit so the second dish is no longer required for new customers.
There are still some customers that have not upgraded to the new dish and are still using the 2 dish system.
